Take a break or close your account
Pause for as long as you need, or request closure with 30 days to change your mind.
Pausing hides your profile from Discover, Likes you and Matches and stops messaging. Your photos, likes, matches, chats and verification status are kept. Use Restore my account to return. Pausing does not cancel a subscription or extend paid pass time.
Closure hides your account immediately. After 30 days, your dating profile, photos, likes, matches, messages, verification status and sign-in account will be permanently removed. Restore before the displayed deletion date to cancel closure. Cancel monthly Premium before requesting closure. Passes keep running during the waiting period; unused time is lost at deletion. No automatic refund is issued. Payment and safety review records may be retained.
Blocked members
Blocking hides you from each other and removes both likes. Unblocking does not restore a match.

Having trouble signing in, saving your profile, making a payment or verifying your identity?
Email supportInclude the email you use to sign in, what happened and any error message. For payment help, include your PayPal order or subscription ID. Please do not email passwords, verification codes, card details, identity documents or selfies.
Common questions
What can I do for free?
Create a profile with one to six photos, verify your identity, browse eligible members, send likes and message mutual matches. Premium lets you see who likes you and filter Discover to verified members only.
How do passes and monthly membership work?
Passes cost US$3 for 24 hours, US$7 for three days or US$10 for five days. They start when payment completes, expire after that duration and do not renew. Monthly Premium costs US$25 per month and renews until cancelled.
Payments are processed through PayPal. Access begins after payment is confirmed.
How do I cancel monthly Premium?
Open Premium and use the cancellation button under Your membership. It appears when an active monthly subscription is detected. Your membership status and cancellation details appear in Premium. One-time passes expire automatically.
How do I pause or restore my account?
In My profile, choose Pause my account. Your profile is hidden from Discover, Likes you and Matches, and messaging stops. Your saved photos, matches and messages remain. Sign in and choose Restore my account whenever you want to return. Signing in alone does not restore it. Closure requests also offer restoration for 30 days, before the displayed deletion date.
Hiding your profile does not cancel a monthly subscription or extend a pass.
What does verified identity mean?
Didit checks a government ID and a live selfie. Fall in Like stores your verification status, not your ID or selfie. This badge does not verify profile photos or guarantee someone’s behaviour.
Start from My profile → Verify your identity. If the result has not appeared, use Check status.
Why can’t I see someone or message them?
Members must choose to appear in Discover and match each other’s preferences. Filters can narrow the results. Messaging requires a mutual like with discovery enabled for both members. Hiding a profile, removing a like or blocking can make a conversation unavailable.
How do I report or block someone?
Use Report or Block on their profile or in your conversation. Blocking hides you from each other and removes both likes. Reports go to the site owner for review. Unblocking does not restore a match.
I’m having trouble signing in
Use the email address that received your private trial invitation. Check your spam folder for sign-in messages. If access still fails, email support with the exact error and your sign-in email.
What does Delete saved profile remove?
It removes your saved dating profile, photos, likes, messages and verification status. It does not delete your sign-in account or cancel a PayPal subscription. Cancel any monthly subscription separately before deleting your profile. To remove your sign-in account too, use Close my account in My profile. This starts a 30-day waiting period. Restore before the displayed deletion date to cancel closure. Cancel monthly Premium first. The owner account is protected.
